Rostro Cafe  is a beautiful and unique coffee shop right next to Yoyogi Park and a nice walk from Meiji Jingu. There is no menu inside as you must talk with the baristas and they will create a coffee masterpiece that’s flavors dance upon your tongue in delight. They also have cookies, sandwiches and bagels. Outdoor seating patio, dog friendly, no wifi, quiet location and great place to study and practice your Japanese.
